The only ticket that matched all six numbers in Saturday's $75 million Lotto Texas drawing was sold in Galveston County, KPRC Local 2 reported.
The ticket was purchased at a Quick Mart store in League City.
The store clerk said someone called and claimed to have hit the jackpot, but he thought it was a hoax.
"Last night (Saturday), someone called me after 10:30, but I thought some people are crazy people," clerk Mohammad Rahman said. "He told me he got the winning ticket."
The storeowner will get 1 percent of the jackpot for selling the winning ticket.
The winning numbers were 7, 9, 11, 30, 33 and 53.
Fifty-two tickets matched five numbers, and their owners will receive a $1,811 prize. More than 3,000 tickets matched four numbers for a $45 prize and a little more than 63,000 tickets matched three numbers for a $3 prize.
The next Lotto Texas jackpot is $4 million.
